Bir mafya lideri için brifing verilir.Polisler onun peşindedir.Boğa adlı bir operasyon ile tüm çete hapisaneye gönderilecektir.Herkesin ayrı bir görevi vardır.Operasyondan önce bir sızma olur ve ani baskın planı yatar.Bir çatışma başlar.Arabaların evlerin içinden geçerek ana caddelere çıkışı,sokakta otobüs ile yapılan müthiş kovalamaca ve bir polisin dürüst çalışmaları sonucu patronları yakalanır.Bunu beceren Kevin adlı bir polistir.Örnek bir polis memurudur.Yakalanan mafya lideri yargıç önüne çıkarılacaktır.Bir tanık vardır ve koruma altına alınır.Korumayı Kevin yapacaktır.Kevin bu işi çok ciddiye alır.Harekete hareket komedi ve heyecanı Kevin ile tadacaksınız.
